1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via Royal Mail (24-48hr express) or similar postage provider for domestic orders. Alternative shipping options are available at check out, some options are 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. UK standard orders usually between 3-7 Business days. Express UK 1-3 business days. International between 10-21 Business days.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. We offer a Free  Mainland UK standard delivery for orders over £250. Express UK Mainland delivery can be added at a discounted rate for orders over £250. Fees for international shipping apply to ALL international orders including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Please note customs fees and delays to orders may apply on all international orders.
